About the role

We are looking for a motivated Network Technician (Level I) to join ITS Infocom’s dynamic team. The role involves handling network incidents, diagnosing telecom issues, and supporting infrastructure projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve network incidents, including on‑site mobilization inside and outside the GAM area.
• Diagnose and monitor problems in telecommunications and related applications, both internal and external.
• Collect data and prepare escalation packages for higher‑level support or equipment manufacturers.

Required profile

• Technical degree in telecommunications or networking.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting users and networks, including structured cabling, routers, switches, and access points.
• Proven hands‑on experience with infrastructure, cabling, telecom equipment, and laptops.
• Familiarity with major network brands such as Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Meraki, and Huawei.
• Technical proficiency in English (approximately 50% of tasks).
• Flexible schedule to address incidents or implementations on‑site.
• Valid B1 driver’s license.
