Senior Ping Customer IAM Developer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Ping Customer IAM Developer to design, build and support scalable identity and authentication solutions for TD SYNNEX’s global digital platforms. You will create production‑grade DaVinci flows, integrate APIs and craft seamless sign‑in experiences for our partners and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy custom IAM workflows and authentication journeys.
• Engineer solutions, configure platforms and build custom connectors.
• Integrate APIs and develop bespoke integrations for Ping products.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability.
• Document designs and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
• Participate in security, compliance and architecture reviews.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of relevant experience in identity and access management.
• Bachelor’s degree and Ping certifications (PingOne, Ping Federate or Ping Access).
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently, ask for clarification when needed, and interact with senior management.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to drive tasks to completion.
