AI Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Publicis Re:Sources, the shared‑services arm of Publicis Groupe, is building a modern, AI‑driven data and analytics ecosystem. We are seeking an AI Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and integrate end‑to‑end solutions that combine advanced machine‑learning capabilities with robust user‑facing applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain machine‑learning models in production, building AI‑driven features such as classification, anomaly detection, and recommendation systems.
• Design and implement responsive front‑end interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and scalable back‑end services and APIs.
• Integrate applications with large‑scale ETL pipelines, structured and semi‑structured data sources, and collaborate with data‑engineering teams to optimise data flows.
• Deploy solutions in cloud environments, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and ensure scalability, security, and reliability using containerised architectures.
• Partner with UX designers and product teams to make AI outputs intuitive, participate in code reviews, and document solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, full‑stack development, or AI/ML engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python and at least one backend language (Node.js, Java.NET, Go).
• Hands‑on experience with machine‑learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn) and front‑end frameworks (React, Angular).
