Digital Project Manager

About the role

Konrad Group is seeking a Specialist, Digital to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver exceptional digital products for global clients. You will manage projects from discovery through delivery, collaborating with strategy, UX design, and technology teams while growing your consulting and project‑management expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital projects of varying size, from rapid‑to‑market initiatives to large‑scale digital transformations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resources, scope, and budgets.
• Drive day‑to‑day execution across strategy, UX design, and technology teams.
• Act as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and promote continuous improvement.
• Facilitate workshops such as discovery, design thinking, and project planning sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing digital projects across design and/or technology teams.
• Strong understanding of project‑management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and scope while maintaining high‑quality delivery.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Passion for digital experiences, user experience, and technology.
