Technical Solutions Consultant

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to design, develop and deploy scalable software solutions and integration components for its global clients. The role combines technical expertise with consulting to translate business needs into robust, API‑driven architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy scalable software solutions using modern backend technologies such as Ruby.NET, Node.js, Python or Java.
• Architect and implement API‑driven integrations between Smartsheet and enterprise third‑party platforms.
• Lead technical discovery workshops with customers, gather requirements and define integration architectures aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams during pre‑sales and delivery phases, contributing to solution scoping, technical presentations and architectural reviews.
• Drive end‑to‑end technical initiatives from design through implementation, ensuring best practices for scalability, performance and security.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software development and systems integration.
• Strong experience with at least two modern backend technologies (e.g., Ruby.NET, Node.js, Python, Java).
• Hands‑on experience designing and building RESTful APIs and integration solutions.
• Proven experience in customer‑facing or consulting roles, leading technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
