Senior Lead Engineer – Cybersecurity & Network Security

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Lead Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise network security solutions that protect our infrastructure from cyber threats. You will work closely with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, engineer and continuously improve network security solutions including firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, secure web gateways, DNS security, NAC, DDoS protection and micro‑segmentation.
• Develop secure network architectures for data‑centers, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and remote workforce connectivity.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to align designs with Zero Trust principles and corporate cybersecurity standards.
• Lead implementation of new security technologies, platform upgrades and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Monitor security platforms, investigate events and support Security Operations during incident response.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of enterprise network security experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP/CCIE Security, Palo Alto PCNSE, Fortinet NSE, Check Point CCSA/CCSE, CISSP.
• Experience with firewall administration (Palo Alto, Cisco, Check Point, Fortinet) and cloud networking.

Required skills

• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Network protocols: routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Scripting, APIs and infrastructure‑as‑code for automation.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF and CIS Controls.
