Senior Global Discipline Delivery Specialist

About the role

The Senior Global Discipline Delivery Specialist partners with HR teams and business managers worldwide to manage employee discipline matters, ensuring compliance with Citi’s policies and global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage discipline cases promptly using Citi’s case management system, adhering to standards and procedures.
• Provide guidance to managers on disciplinary policies and collaborate with HR Generalists, Advisors, and other stakeholders.
• Drive consistent application of process controls, maintain quality documentation, and follow SOPs.
• Escalate and resolve urgent issues, ensuring consistent interpretation of employment policies across regions.
• Partner with compliance and surveillance groups to support HR discipline activities.
• Own and update process and training documentation, leading improvement initiatives.
• Monitor HR process performance using operational metrics and identify trends for corrective action.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in Human Resources, employee relations, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize quickly, and manage time effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) and case management tools.
