Talent Sourcer

About the role

Moody's is looking for a Talent Sourcer to identify and engage top talent for specialist and hard‑to‑fill positions across the globe. You will build high‑quality pipelines that support the company’s talent acquisition strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and build pipelines of passive candidates for niche roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards and AI‑enabled tools.
• Act as a sourcing partner to recruiters and hiring managers, providing market insights, talent availability and strategic advice.
• Develop and test creative sourcing strategies, talent maps and outreach approaches to improve pipeline quality.
• Maintain the CRM with accurate candidate data, ensuring timely follow‑up and ready access to talent communities.
• Track sourcing metrics, response rates and market intelligence to inform prioritisation and meet KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience sourcing at scale for niche, specialist or hard‑to‑find roles.
• Ability to source across multiple regional markets and adapt messaging accordingly.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Independent work style while collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
