Senior Program Manager – Learning and Enablement

About the role

The Senior Program Manager – Learning and Enablement leads a portfolio of strategic learning initiatives, ensuring they align with business priorities. This role works closely with cross‑functional leaders to plan, execute, and report on program performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic learning and enablement initiatives, aligning them with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to plan, prioritize, coordinate, and execute initiatives.
• Develop and maintain portfolio plans, timelines, milestones, executive dashboards, and status reports.
• Monitor portfolio health, provide regular updates on progress, milestones, and business outcomes.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and insights for executive reviews and governance meetings.
• Analyze performance to identify trends, risks, dependencies, and opportunities, offering recommendations.
• Facilitate governance meetings, document decisions, track actions, and ensure follow‑through.
• Support prioritization, capacity planning, and resource allocation across initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in program management, portfolio management, business operations, strategy, learning and enablement, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build relationships at all organization levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with project or portfolio management tools.
