Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Genpact, you will serve as a key point of contact for HR, payroll, benefits, stock, and policy inquiries, providing solutions and recommendations to internal clients.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone, email, web ticket, and walk‑in inquiries related to HR processes and policies.
• Drive escalation trends, identify opportunities for process improvement, and recommend new solutions.
• Maintain and update HR systems and databases continuously.
• Investigate and resolve complex problems, coordinating with a network of resources.
• Assist clients with IT navigation, including access requests and screen‑navigation guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications are a plus.
• Experience handling HR service inquiries and resolving escalated tickets.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify process‑change opportunities.
