About the role
Genpact is seeking a Senior Associate to join its HR Shared Services team in San Jose, Costa Rica. You will support a fast‑moving, innovation‑driven environment, handling employee inquiries and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage HR inquiries and requests from employees.
- Administer onboarding, off‑boarding, and employee data management processes.
- Assist in HR systems maintenance and conduct data integrity checks.
- Provide support for HR compliance activities and documentation.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality service.
- Participate in HR projects and process‑improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain HR process documentation and training materials.
Required profile
- Experience in HR Shared Services or similar HR operations roles.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (C2 level).
