About the role

A Costa Rica Shared Services team is looking for a Finance Analyst to support key financial processes and help ensure accuracy, transparency and compliance across the business. The position is a 1-year contract, possibly extendable, fully remote and paid through payroll.

Key responsibilities

Process purchase requests (PRs) and purchase orders (POs), including Amazon and Brex purchases
Prepare monthly accruals
Support Close Budget vs. Actual (BVA) analysis
Maintain Contract Economics tracking
Support SOX documentation to ensure financial integrity and compliance

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Statistics
2+ years of experience in monthly accruals, SOX documentation, PR/PO processing and spend management
English level B2+
