About the role
A Costa Rica Shared Services team is looking for a Finance Analyst to support key financial processes and help ensure accuracy, transparency and compliance across the business. The position is a 1-year contract, possibly extendable, fully remote and paid through payroll.
Key responsibilities
- Process purchase requests (PRs) and purchase orders (POs), including Amazon and Brex purchases
- Prepare monthly accruals
- Support Close Budget vs. Actual (BVA) analysis
- Maintain Contract Economics tracking
- Support SOX documentation to ensure financial integrity and compliance
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Statistics
- 2+ years of experience in monthly accruals, SOX documentation, PR/PO processing and spend management
- English level B2+
