Senior Architect

About the role

The Senior Architect will design, implement, and maintain the enterprise IT architecture that supports current and future business needs. This role combines deep expertise in data governance, master data management, metadata, and AI‑enabled data platforms to deliver scalable, high‑quality data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the organization’s IT architecture framework aligned with business objectives and emerging technologies.
• Serve as the technical lead for Data Governance, Data Quality, Master Data Management (MDM), Metadata Management, and AI‑enabled data platforms.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise data models, canonical schemas, metadata frameworks, and governance practices.
• Lead the technical design and configuration of MDM solutions, including data modeling, matching, survivorship, hierarchy management, and integration patterns.
• Analyze data quality issues through profiling, root‑cause analysis, and measurement frameworks; define remediation strategies and business rules.
• Architect and optimize Data Catalog and Metadata Management capabilities, including glossary, lineage, classification, stewardship, and enrichment processes.
• Identify and implement AI, machine‑learning, and intelligent‑automation features to enhance data quality monitoring, anomaly detection, and governance workflows.
• Provide technical leadership to architecture and development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that meet functional and non‑functional criteria.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in IT infrastructure, systems integration, and software development.
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems and design innovative, enterprise‑scale solutions.
• Strong background in data architecture, data governance, and master data management.
• Experience mentoring junior architects and leading cross‑functional technical teams.
