About the role

The Production Operator works on the shop floor of a manufacturing facility, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high safety and quality standards. The role involves operating equipment, performing routine maintenance, and supporting continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machinery and mechanical equipment according to established procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Load ovens using an electric pallet jack and prepare products for dispatch.
• Place pieces on bases, close towers, and ensure proper loading of ovens.
• Maintain products, equipment, and facilities in optimal condition.
• Follow safety rules, HACCP procedures, and all relevant regulations.
• Attend required training and development programs.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement programs.
