Senior Procurement Manager – MRO & Industrial Gases

About the role

The Sr Procurement Manager – Category Leader for MRO & Industrial Gases drives execution of complex global category strategies, influencing about $80 M of spend across North America sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi‑year global sourcing strategies for MRO and industrial gases, aligning with business goals and risk management.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (sourcing, operations, technical, finance) to prioritize initiatives, negotiate global agreements and achieve savings, supplier rationalisation and performance improvements.
• Analyse market intelligence and supplier performance data, conduct business reviews and drive continuous improvement and supply continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of procurement/sourcing experience in mid‑to‑large multinational companies, with mandatory MRO experience.
• Experience in highly regulated industries and continuous‑improvement environments, preferably life sciences, medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
