About the role
The Production Supervisor (T2 shift) leads the daily operations of multiple production lines at Cardinal Health’s manufacturing facility. This people‑management position ensures smooth, safe, and efficient production while driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Allocate and shuffle operation staff to meet or exceed production schedules.
- Approve vacations, timecards, payroll, and conduct performance reviews.
- Develop direct reports in both technical and people‑management competencies.
- Lead and coordinate process‑improvement projects.
- Identify improvement opportunities based on reports and feedback.
Required profile
- 4–8 years of experience in manufacturing or production, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
- Availability to work the T2 shift (five 12‑hour days, schedule may start Wednesday or Thursday).
