HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The People Operations & Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the employee lifecycle by administering HR and recruitment processes, providing day‑to‑day assistance to employees, managers, recruiters, and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, maintain candidate and requisition records in the ATS, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate pre‑boarding and onboarding activities, administer background and drug screenings, and manage new‑hire documentation.
• Provide responsive support to employees and managers, handle routine inquiries, process employment verifications, and prepare communications.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, conduct data audits, track licenses and certifications, and ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, administration, or customer service.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Customer‑service mindset, professional communication, and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms or ability to quickly learn new systems.
