Workday Analyst - Remote Work

About the role

As a Workday Analyst at BairesDev, you will support Workday configuration and enhancements across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits, collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support Workday configuration and enhancements across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Assist with annual HR events such as merit cycles and open enrollment.
• Gather requirements from HR, Payroll, Finance, and international stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into Workday configuration.
• Train cross‑functional teams on Workday concepts.

Required profile

• Experience working with Workday HCM.
• Familiarity with Workday Compensation and Benefits configuration.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer or custom dashboards.
• Strong communication skills to explain concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Advanced level of English.
