Execution & Relationship Management Analyst – Leadership Development

About the role

The Execution & Relationship Management (ERM) Analyst – Leadership Development supports the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs for Citi’s leadership community. The role blends data analysis, curriculum development, and stakeholder coordination to create effective learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing training programs and learning materials for classroom, self‑directed, and web‑based delivery, applying adult learning theory.
• Design measurement strategies and data collection tools to assess training impact.
• Maintain the leadership course catalog, track attendance, and manage credit accreditation in the LMS.
• Coordinate global logistics for events, including catering, room bookings, and vendor management.
• Create purchase orders, analyze budget distribution, and process vendor payments.
• Partner with Program Managers and Learning Advisors to align course portfolios and content strategy.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced English proficiency for daily global interaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (basic pivot tables and databases).
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
• Ability to create, configure, and maintain course catalogs and track attendance.
