About the role

INDI is seeking an experienced ETL/Data Engineer to design and implement robust data processing systems. Working remotely, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data processing systems.
• Build and optimise data architectures for efficient extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with data analysts and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Optimise data storage and retrieval for performance and cost‑effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex pipeline issues while maintaining system stability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ETL development or data engineering.
• Strong command of English (advanced level).
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
