IT Applications Engineer IV – M365 Development & Automation

About the role

The IT Applications Engineer IV will translate business requirements into robust software solutions, focusing on M365 development and automation. This individual contributor works within a cross‑functional team to design, develop, and deliver secure, high‑volume cloud‑based applications.

Key responsibilities

• Convert functional specifications into code modules, stable applications, and complete software solutions.
• Lead incident support and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Participate in component integration testing (CIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), providing triage, fixes, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, internal customers, and third‑party vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Apply DevOps practices and both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to drive project execution.
