Program Implementation Manager – Global Shared Services

About the role

Amazon Prime Video is seeking a Program Implementation Manager for Global Shared Services (GSS) to lead process improvement, automation, and business expansion initiatives. You will own end‑to‑end project delivery, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure seamless rollout of operational projects while minimizing disruption to partners and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage implementation of process improvement, automation, and GSS operational projects, tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Partner with process experts to identify inefficiencies, design solutions, and monitor post‑launch adoption and performance.
• Coordinate UAT, pilot roll‑outs, and executive communications, preparing documentation such as PFAQs and project updates.
• Build and maintain relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders, validate forecasts, secure resources, and align quarterly expectations.
• Drive strategic decision‑making, define success metrics, and escalate blockers to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years working cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams.
• 3+ years defining and implementing data‑driven process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• SQL for data querying and analysis.
