Agentic GTM Lead – Growth Engineering & Demand Generation

About the role

We are seeking an Agentic GTM Lead who blends engineering expertise with commercial instinct to build and own demand‑generation systems for a fast‑growing investment‑management firm. The role is fully remote, requires strong overlap with U.S. Eastern Time, and focuses on creating measurable pipelines through outbound, content, SEO, social, email and AI‑driven automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and scale technical GTM infrastructure using APIs, SQL, Python or JavaScript.
• Integrate data sources, automation platforms (Clay, n8n, Zapier) and CRMs to create lead enrichment, scoring and routing workflows.
• Launch, test and iterate demand‑generation experiments across outbound, content, SEO/GEO, social and email channels.
• Build AI‑powered agents and LLM workflows to automate research, content creation and lead routing.
• Measure and attribute results to qualified interest, booked meetings, pipeline and revenue.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of experience in growth engineering, GTM engineering or demand‑generation roles.
• Proven track record of creating and scaling demand‑generation programs that deliver measurable leads and pipeline.
• Strong commercial instinct with ability to connect technical builds to business outcomes.
• Experience or solid knowledge of finance, investing or asset‑management markets.
