IT Applications Engineer IV – M365 Development & Automation

About the role
The IT Applications Engineer IV will translate business requirements into robust software solutions, focusing on M365 development and automation. This individual contributor works within a cross‑functional team to design, develop, and deliver secure, high‑volume cloud‑based applications.
Key responsibilities
- Convert functional specifications into code modules, stable applications, and complete software solutions.
- Lead incident support and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Participate in component integration testing (CIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), providing triage, fixes, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, internal customers, and third‑party vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Apply DevOps practices and both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to drive project execution.
Required profile
- Proven experience translating business needs into technical designs.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work under competing priorities.
- Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
