About the role

TurFresh, the market leader in artificial turf cleaning, is looking for a high‑performing inbound sales professional to join its remote team. You will work full‑time as a contractor, converting inbound leads from homeowners into satisfied customers and recurring maintenance plans.

Key responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to inbound leads and estimate requests.
• Handle inbound calls and web inquiries with professionalism.
• Re‑engage past customers and unsold opportunities.
• Convert one‑time customers into maintenance plans when appropriate.
• Maintain strong close rates and consistent follow‑up.
• Build trust quickly through consultative selling.
• Accurately track pipeline and communications inside the CRM.
• Maintain speed‑to‑lead and strong pipeline management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an inbound sales closer.
• Fluent, professional‑level English communication.
• Strong phone presence and authentic personality.
• Comfortable representing a premium, market‑leading brand.
• Consultative selling ability with high‑end homeowners.
• High sense of urgency, organized, and disciplined.
• Self‑managed and accountable in a remote environment.
• Ownership mentality and professionalism.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel (GHL), Jobber, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
