About the role

The Commercial Enablers Leader will drive the design and execution of commercial strategies across international markets for Dos Pinos. Based on a flexible location, the role focuses on expanding the company’s presence in Central America and other geographies, ensuring market growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement commercial models that enhance market service and customer engagement.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives on commercial execution excellence, business intelligence, and demand planning.
• Develop and monitor growth strategies that support regional expansion and strengthen existing operations.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Direction and Expansion Management teams to align market development plans with corporate objectives.
• Travel frequently to Central American markets and other regions to assess opportunities, build relationships, and oversee implementation.
