Outbound Sales Development Representative – US B2B (Remote)

About the role

National Search Group is looking for an experienced outbound Sales Development Representative to engage U.S. owners, CEOs, operations leaders, and HR executives. You will represent a long‑standing recruitment firm and generate qualified conversations that lead to executive search opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting during U.S. business hours via cold calls, personalized emails, and approved social outreach.
• Initiate credible conversations with executives, uncover hiring needs, and secure next steps without relying on a rigid script.
• Handle objections professionally, qualify meetings against ideal client profiles, and document decision processes in the CRM.
• Review call outcomes with leadership to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of direct B2B outbound cold‑calling experience targeting U.S. decision‑makers.
• Proven performance metrics and willingness to demonstrate cold‑calling skills in a live audition.
• Dedicated noise‑free workspace, noise‑cancelling headset, high‑speed broadband with backup, and a modern computer (16 GB RAM recommended).

Required skills

• CRM usage for tracking contacts, meetings, and pipeline data.

• Base pay ranging from $1,000 to $1,500 per month, plus performance‑driven closed‑account incentives up to $3,500+.
