Video Editor - Performance Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Video Editor to create high‑retention content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, and other digital platforms. You will transform raw footage into polished, brand‑consistent videos while managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce engaging videos for Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads and other digital channels.
• Edit raw footage into polished, ready‑to‑publish content that aligns with brand style.
• Handle multiple video projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, including motion graphics and kinetic text.
• Professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience editing Reels and YouTube Shorts and creating high‑retention content.
• Excellent attention to detail, fast communication, and reliable English.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours with a reliable remote‑work setup.
