Presentation Designer – 12‑month Contract

About the role

The Brand Experience Team is looking for a Presentation Designer on a 12‑month contract (with possible extension) to raise the quality, consistency and impact of presentations across transportation and logistics services. You will craft sales pitch decks, discovery decks, quarterly business review decks and event keynotes in PowerPoint, turning complex information into clear, brand‑aligned stories.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build executive‑level PowerPoint presentations that work flawlessly on both Mac and PC.
• Create brand‑aligned motion, animation and data‑visualisation elements to enhance storytelling.
• Develop and maintain presentation templates, style guides and component libraries for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters and marketers to ensure visual consistency and narrative clarity.
• Test all decks across platforms and troubleshoot font, animation or layout issues.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in presentation or deck design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion/animation within decks.
• Exceptional attention to detail, pixel‑perfect execution and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2+).

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Experience with motion/animation tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Proficiency in data‑visualisation, typography and layout design.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools: Workfront, Slack, Figma.
