Quality Control Specialist – Creative Production

About the role

The Quality Control Specialist ensures that all creative and digital deliverables meet brand, technical and client standards before release. Working on‑site with designers, producers and developers, you will help maintain high‑quality output across a variety of formats.

Key responsibilities

• Review static assets, video, HTML emails, banners, websites and interactive experiences for accuracy, consistency and compliance.
• Document visual, content, functional and technical issues and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Apply QC checklists and specifications such as dimensions, file formats, naming conventions, copy and links.
• Collaborate with creative teams to resolve quality issues and improve production workflows.
• Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Advanced English (B2+/C1) and 2+ years of experience in design, digital production, or quality assurance.
• Strong eye for detail with solid understanding of typography, layout, color and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work independently and within fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
