Quality Control Specialist (Creative - Onsite)

About the role

The Quality Control Specialist ensures the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of creative and digital deliverables across multiple channels. Acting as the final quality gate, you will collaborate with producers, designers, developers, and creative teams to identify defects and mitigate risks before release.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive quality reviews of static creatives, video assets, HTML emails, display banners, websites, and mobile experiences.
• Identify, document, and communicate visual, content, functional, and technical defects with clear, actionable feedback.
• Validate assets across multiple formats and ensure compliance with brand, client, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1).
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Control, QA, Creative Production Review, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and solid understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced production environment.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud
• Figma
• HTML and CSS basics
• QA/QC methodologies and defect management
• Experience with defect tracking tools and Agile/Scrum processes
• Creating test plans, test cases, and executing UAT
