Quality Control Specialist (Creative)

About the role

As a Quality Control Specialist you will ensure the accuracy, consistency and quality of creative and digital deliverables before release, working closely with designers, producers, developers and other creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review static assets, video, HTML emails, banners, websites and digital experiences for brand, technical and client compliance.
• Identify, document and communicate visual, content, functional and technical issues with clear, actionable feedback.
• Apply QC processes and checklists, verify specifications such as dimensions, file formats, naming conventions and links.
• Partner with designers, producers, developers and production artists to resolve quality issues and improve workflows.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation and initiatives that boost production efficiency.

Required profile

• Advanced English (B2+/C1) and 2+ years experience in design, digital production, creative production, QC or QA.
• Strong eye for detail, solid understanding of design fundamentals and how assets are prepared for multiple formats.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced production environment.
