UAT Business Analyst – ERP Procurement & Finance

About the role

We are looking for a UAT Business Analyst to lead User Acceptance Testing for strategic Procurement and Finance initiatives. The role works closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to ensure that system solutions meet business requirements and deliver high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute UAT activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define test scenarios, acceptance criteria and test data.
• Develop, run and maintain test plans, test cases, scripts and regression suites.
• Validate system functionality, identify gaps or defects and track their resolution.
• Document test results, defects and communicate progress, risks and outcomes to project teams.
• Support business users during UAT execution and provide guidance on testing best practices.
• Analyze Procurement and Finance data to ensure data accuracy during testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UAT, Business Analysis or similar project environments.
• Experience on large‑scale ERP implementation or transformation projects.
• Functional knowledge of Procurement‑to‑Pay, Accounts Payable or Finance processes.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP or comparable ERP platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
• Strong analytical ability to create and execute test plans and track defects.
