Senior Staff Windows Endpoint Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Staff Endpoint Architect to provide strategic, functional, and technical leadership for Windows architecture. This senior architect role focuses on designing Windows solutions, enforcing architecture governance, and reviewing endpoint-impacting changes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce clear, scalable, and secure Windows architecture and solution designs for business requests and enhancements.
• Participate in and operate formal architecture governance, including technical reviews and approval of endpoint-impacting changes.
• Provide authoritative architectural guidance to desktop engineering, Device Configuration, and implementation teams.
• Collaborate with Windows Product Owner, Device Configuration, Security, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure designs meet functional, security, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of IT experience with progressive responsibility in architecture or technical leadership, specifically Windows architecture at scale.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience in regulated environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Enterprise Windows architecture (Windows 10/11 Modern Desktop, servicing/feature management).
• Endpoint governance tools: SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune/MEM, Entra ID/Active Directory, VDI, WS1/AirWatch.
• Cloud identity and device management: Azure, Entra, Intune.
