Project Management Specialist

About the role

The Project Management Specialist supports end‑to‑end project delivery by coordinating teams, monitoring deliverables, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role also incorporates AI tools to enhance productivity and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Understand project scope, requirements, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines to support effective execution.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, coordinate work across teams, and address delivery roadblocks.
• Manage change requests, assess schedule impact, and communicate approved changes.
• Monitor budgets, estimates, costs, and revenue considerations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, validate plans, and escalate unresolved issues.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through reviews and assurance processes.
• Maintain communication with clients, sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
• Coordinate and guide resources, provide mentoring, support recruitment, and validate AI‑generated outputs.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of project management experience in client‑facing environments.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of scope, schedule, risk, budget, and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to communicate status, changes, risks, and commitments to stakeholders.
• Basic problem‑solving, decision‑making, presentation, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• High school diploma minimum; strategic thinking and strong work ethic.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools for routine project management activities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as ADM or similar.
