About the role
INDI is seeking a proactive Tasks Management Specialist to join its Management team. You will work with multicultural, globally distributed teams, helping to streamline task processes and support agile delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Define and manage task‑management processes across projects.
- Train leaders on organizing their own and their teams' tasks.
- Assist Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and other stakeholders where needed.
- Remove obstacles to improve quality of deliverables.
- Promote continuous improvement, best practices, self‑organization and teamwork.
Required profile
- Formal certification or proof of knowledge in Agile and Scrum.
- More than three years of experience in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Spanish and advanced English.
