Total Rewards and Payroll Manager (Trilingual)

About the role

The Total Rewards and Payroll Manager will lead the global Total Rewards strategy, ensuring competitive compensation, effective benefits, and accurate payroll across multiple countries. This role partners with HR, Finance and business leaders to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance and an outstanding employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, manage and administer compensation programs, conduct market benchmarking, oversee salary reviews, promotions and incentive processes, and monitor pay equity.
• Oversee global benefits programs, manage vendor relationships, evaluate competitiveness and cost‑effectiveness, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Lead payroll governance across multiple jurisdictions, guarantee timely and accurate payroll processing, maintain tax and labor compliance, and drive process improvements and standardisation.
• Lead and develop the Compensation, Benefits and Payroll team, collaborate with HR, Finance and business leaders, support workforce planning and budgeting, and champion continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits and payroll within multinational organisations.
• Proven track record managing global or regional Total Rewards programmes.
• Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, benefits administration and payroll governance.
• Advanced English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience working with multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
