Human Resources Specialist – Recruiter Network Lead

About the role

Workistry is a global recruiter networking platform expanding in Costa Rica. We are seeking a driven Human Resources Specialist/Recruiter to lead our recruiting operations, grow the recruiter community and build partnerships with top employers.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract, and onboard top recruiters and hiring managers onto the Workistry platform.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Workistry recruiter network in Costa Rica.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and matching for partner employers.
• Represent Workistry at recruitment events, industry meetups, and professional conferences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in Costa Rica (agency or in‑house).
• Strong network of hiring managers, HR professionals, or recruiters in Costa Rica.
• Proven track record of successful placements across any industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and other networking apps.

What we offer

• Salary range USD 65,000 – 75,000 per year.
