Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

Infillion is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join its Talent team in Costa Rica. The role will coordinate the end‑to‑end hiring process for high‑volume and junior‑level positions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full coordination of recruitment for high‑volume and junior roles, from brief to offer.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, specialist ad‑tech communities and talent databases.
• Screen CVs, create structured shortlists and share them with hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews, assessments and feedback sessions across multiple time zones.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data in the ATS.
• Draft offer letters, collect documentation and coordinate pre‑employment checks.
• Post and promote vacancies on relevant platforms, ensuring compelling job adverts.
• Support the Talent Lead with reporting, pipeline metrics and ad‑hoc recruitment projects.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR coordination or talent‑acquisition support.
• Working knowledge of the digital media and advertising ecosystem or a strong interest in the space.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple pipelines in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Professional discretion when handling confidential information.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS platform.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate outreach.
