TikTok & Content Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a TikTok & Content Marketing Specialist to support client campaigns and drive content initiatives across blogs, SEO, social media, and AI‑powered marketing workflows. This remote, full‑time position works closely with Campaign Managers, content creators, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and consistent client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Client onboarding & account operations: set up client workspaces, maintain documentation, participate in onboarding calls, and own assigned accounts.
• Client communication & weekly updates: deliver clear updates, track action items, risks, and blockers, and build trust through proactive follow‑up.
• Content & campaign execution: coordinate with content teams, schedule and manage content logistics, support blog publishing, and assist with TikTok and other social media content.
• SEO and AI tool utilization: support SEO initiatives, use AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow efficiency, and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Team collaboration & process improvement: work closely with Campaign Managers, share updates in team meetings, suggest workflow enhancements, and explore new AI tools and marketing formats.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, campaign management, customer success, or a related field.
• Experience in a startup, agency, or fast‑paced environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with TikTok content creation and scheduling.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and blog publishing.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered marketing tools for research and workflow efficiency.
