MarTech Consultant – Strategy & Consulting (Global Network)

About the role

Join Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice as a MarTech Consultant. You will work with clients across marketing, sales and service functions, helping them optimise their MarTech and AdTech stacks to drive cost reduction, revenue growth and improved customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and design processes and solutions for marketing and advertising tools.
• Conduct vendor and client MarTech/AdTech capability assessments, providing optimisation recommendations.
• Research, evaluate and recommend new MarTech/AdTech systems and suppliers.
• Partner with technology solution providers and marketing agencies to deliver best‑fit solutions.
• Interpret and convey the impact of regulations such as CCPA and GDPR on marketing channels.
• Lead project management activities, coordinating multiple stakeholders across client and internal teams.
• Drive business development and thought‑leadership initiatives in the digital marketing platform space.

Required profile

• MBA from a tier‑1 institute with a degree in marketing or economics.
• 5+ years of experience delivering digital marketing/advertising solutions for sectors such as e‑commerce, CPG, telecom, healthcare or financial services.
• Strong understanding of marketing data, content, automation, campaign performance, personalization and analytics.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with MarTech/AdTech platforms: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, Pega decisioning, CDP, GTM, Launch, Tealium.
• Knowledge of data‑visualisation, data‑warehousing, ETL and cloud computing platforms.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations (CCPA, GDPR) and their impact on marketing channels.
