Senior Analyst, Digital Media – Paid Social

About the role

Kepler is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Activation (Digital Media) team. The role focuses on paid social campaigns, acting as the primary client contact and overseeing end‑to‑end execution and optimization of digital advertising programs.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for assigned clients, handling issues, communications, and ad‑hoc meetings.
• Translate media planning inputs into comprehensive campaign builds and manage pacing for 30‑60 active campaigns.
• Perform in‑platform optimizations, weekly reporting, and respond to ad‑hoc client requests.
• Assist with budget management, billing, and support account leads on strategic media planning.

Required profile

• 1‑3+ years of full‑time digital optimization experience, including hands‑on management of Paid Social (LinkedIn and Meta) campaigns.
• Experience with eCommerce campaign types, mid‑ and lower‑funnel objectives, and high‑volume pacing.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data analysis, Excel, and internet technologies.
• Excellent client‑facing communication in English and Spanish.
