Account-Based Marketing Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a hands‑on ABX/ABM marketer who loves turning strategy into campaigns and making things happen. You’ll help build, launch and optimise account‑based programs targeting priority enterprise accounts across digital, content, personalised experiences and sales activation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABX campaigns.
• Create account segments and buying‑group audiences.
• Research accounts, identify triggers and insights.
• Activate campaigns on platforms such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn.
• Support personalised ads, content, emails and landing experiences.
• Monitor intent, engagement and account signals.
• Provide Sales and SDR teams with actionable account insights.
• Track performance, test new approaches and continuously optimise.
• Use AI and automation to accelerate research, personalisation and execution.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing or ABM.
• Strong hands‑on campaign execution skills and attention to detail.
• Good analytical, organisational and project‑management capabilities.
• Proactive, curious and collaborative mindset.
• Resourceful problem‑solver who enjoys learning new tools.
• Confidence to own projects while working closely with Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to experiment.
