About the role

The Field Service Technician – Level II provides on‑site diagnostic and repair services for customer engines and related equipment. The role combines technical troubleshooting with professional customer interaction to ensure timely and effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Interact courteously and professionally with customers, delivering immediate and efficient service.
• Use specialized tools and follow documented procedures to diagnose and perform less‑complex engine repairs.
• Identify, gather, and prepare required tools and parts before each service visit.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on engines and related components according to documented schedules.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior field technicians or supervisors.
• Complete all required documentation, including service work orders, time sheets, warranty claims, and quality forms.
• Identify additional service opportunities with customers during visits.
• Maintain service tools and vehicles, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies, reporting any incidents to site management.
