Production Supervisor III

About the role

At TE you will work with diverse teams to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. The Production Supervisor III oversees production operations, ensures safety and quality compliance, and troubleshoots equipment to meet production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and act as backup Production Leader when absent.
• Adhere to Quality System procedures and company policies.
• Troubleshoot machines, perform minor adjustments, replace consumables and spare parts.
• Execute the Quality Inspection Plan using tools, fixtures and measurement devices.
• Document work per job traveler requirements and conduct line clearances.
• Train other Production Operators and read/interpret blueprints.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of progressive experience (Master’s preferred).
• Available to work the night shift from 10 pm to 6 am, Monday‑Friday, with overtime as needed.
• English proficiency at minimum B1 level.
• Good vision, manual dexterity and ability to read/write documentation.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with measurement tools.

Required skills

• Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Blueprint reading.
• Use of measurement instruments such as micrometers, comparators, microscopes and go/no‑go gauges.
• Basic calculations and measurement conversions.
• ERP reporting (Smartsolve).
