Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build its fast-moving team. The recruiter partners directly with leadership to find top-tier talent across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy, owning the hiring process from the first intake call to the final offer. Candidates come from Latin America, South Africa and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Evaluate candidates on skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent.
• Keep a clean, data-driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers informed.
• Deliver a seamless, respectful candidate experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• High accountability, able to work without micromanagement.
• Global perspective, comfortable across time zones and cultures.

Required skills

• Strong ATS skills and a preference for streamlined, automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
