Trainee Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with more than 15 years of experience and a remote-first team of 4,000+ people, is looking for a Trainee Recruiter. This is an entry-level position in talent acquisition where you will learn the basics of recruitment and sourcing while supporting experienced recruiters across the full hiring cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings on job boards and career platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Support candidate sourcing with LinkedIn and other tools to build talent pipelines.
• Review incoming applications and help screen resumes under the guidance of senior recruiters.
• Help coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS, keeping them accurate and up to date.
• Take part in team meetings and recruitment training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Genuine interest in recruitment and people-focused roles.
• Proactive, organized and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
