Staffing Consultant - Remote

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with more than 15 years of experience and a remote team of 4,000+ people, is looking for a Staffing Consultant. The role sits between Client Services/Sales and Talent Acquisition, analysing the pool of vetted candidates to staff IT business opportunities. It is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, select, prepare and present candidates, and handle the end-to-end vetting process on the client side
• Fill openings, select candidates and meet deadlines
• Review and filter the candidate pipeline according to specific parameters and guidelines
• Review and keep openings up to date
• Handle communication with clients, Client Services and Sales

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Client-facing experience
• Experience in the IT industry
• Analytical, adaptable and detail-oriented mindset, with strong business and process orientation
• Advanced English with articulate communication skills
