About the role
Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to own the full hiring process, partnering with leadership to attract top talent across sales, design, development, and strategy. This remote position focuses on sourcing candidates in Latin America, South Africa, and beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from intake calls to final offers.
- Source and engage talent across multiple regions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Evaluate candidates for skills, cultural fit, and performance potential.
- Maintain a pipeline of freelance and full‑time talent and keep hiring managers informed.
Required profile
- 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech, digital, or creative agencies.
- High accountability mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Global perspective comfortable with different time zones and cultures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Strong ATS proficiency and experience with automated workflows.
